At The Ave, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make the return process simple and transparent.


30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, socks, and intimate apparel
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If free shipping was provided, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from the refund

Exchanges

If you need a different size or variant, we will gladly provide an exchange if stock is available.
If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • For such cases, contact us immediately and we will cover the return shipping cost
