  • Orders will only be shipped once payment has been successfully received and verified.
  • For security reasons, we may require additional verification on certain transactions.

Taxes

  • Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to states where it is legally required.
  • The final amount, including applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout.

Discounts & Promotions

  • Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.
  • Only one discount code may be used per order (unless otherwise stated).

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined:

  • Contact your bank or payment provider for assistance.
  • You may try using another accepted payment method.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
