30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Underwear, socks, and other intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your item if stock is available. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.
  • For defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately and we will cover the return shipping.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@aveonjeff.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Our support team will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Send your item back securely packaged.
  4. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
